Welcome to Yap Café™  

Yap Café™ is a Platform that publishes user-generated content where readers find entertaining, educative, and dynamic viewpoints from expert and undiscovered voices who share their writing on any topic.

Yap Café™ Platform is a subscription-based platform that provides access to premium content to its Subscribers Only.

Subscribers have a choice of three Subscription plans.

• Plan 1 Monthly Subscription Plan @ INR 149 or USD 3

• Plan 2 Three Month Subscription Plan @ INR 399 or USD (10% Discount Vs the Monthly Plan)

• Plan 3 Six Monthly Subscription Plan @ INR 700 or USD 12 (20% Discount Vs the Monthly Plan)

Subscribe or Renew Subscription 

Ground rules 

All these are monthly plans and expire at the end of the plan's duration. Yap Cafe™ is not liable for any consideration or refund in case of non-use, choice limitation or platform availability for any reason.

We are currently provisioned to accept international payments in USD only. 

We understand that you, as a Subscriber, agree to abide by all relevant Terms of Service and charges that apply to you for using these payment gateways' and wallets' services for remittance to Yap Café™.

Important payment information, IOS app users shall need to subscribe and renew by login into the Yap Cafe™ website in a web browser. Your login credentials work across operating systems and devices.  

Taxes 

All plans offered by Yap Café™ are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the Indian Government. 

If applicable, international taxes will be charged in addition.

In addition to all taxes imposed by the Indian Government, if Yap Café™ is required to collect or pay any additional taxes in connection with your purchase of plans / recharges to access Yap Café™ services, all such taxes will apply to you at the time of each purchase transaction or at another appropriate time, as applicable.

Additionally, suppose the law requires you to report and pay certain taxes connected with your purchase and use of Yap Café™ Services. In that case, such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest applicable to your purchase or country of purchase. The payment gateway and the impact of currency fluctuations will also charge you service fees.

Account Termination 

Account termination shall be done basis on the listed three situations. 

1. Violation of Yap Café™ Policies 
2. Member initiated (Member mails request to connect@yapcafe.com  from his registered email ID)
3. At the direction of the law. 

Refunds or Cancellations

1. Subscription plans at The Yap Café™ are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. These plans are subject to change at any given time without prior notice.
3. Yap Café™ does not provide any price protection or refunds in the event of any price change or promotional offering. 
4. Yap Café™ does not provide any refunds, credits or transfers in part or full for any pre-paid plans at any given time. Therefore, the plans offered are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. The availability of premium or paid content becomes a limiting factor. If you find premium content choices limited, we keep publishing new articles. You could find something at a later date. However, a refund or extension of validity would not be possible. 
6. Sometimes, the content on the Yap Café™ Platform may become unavailable due to restrictions by our licensors or for other legal or policy reasons. Yap Café™ will have no liability to you for any such unavailability.
7. Yap Café™ reserves the right to terminate any account at any given time without prior notice and without providing any refund.
8. Yap Café™ will try its best to send you a termination communication. However, Yap Café™ is in no way obligated to do so. 

Using Yap Café™ services, you provide us with your explicit acceptance of all our terms and conditions concerning plans and policies, specifically but not limited to this Refunds or Cancellations policy. 

Your Acceptance 

By signing up to the Yap Café™ Platform as a subscriber, you have read and understood all the Terms of Service as mentioned in this document and other Terms and Policy documents as published on the Yap Café™ Platform. Having read and understood each of them, you provide your explicit unconditional acceptance of all the terms of service and policies stated on the Yap Café™ Platform. Including but not limited to this Subscription plan.     

If you do not understand, accept, or have an objection to the entire or part of any policy or term of service, We ask you not to proceed, and please do not subscribe to our Yap Café™ Services.
