Copywrite transfer as published and accepted by authors in the Get paid for writing on Yap Cafe™ holds in good steed and sufficiently serves the content rights.
As per the "Get paid for writing on Yap Cafe™agreement", Yap Cafe Holds the exclusive rights to store and translate it in any format or medium and use it to promote the services of Yap Cafe™ and specifically monetize the content in any way Yap Cafe™ deems fit.
Authors are welcome to post content on Yap Café™ that you've earlier published elsewhere, as long as you have the right to do so. By posting content to Yap Café™, you represent that doing so doesn't conflict with any other agreement you've made. If this occurs, you agree to indemnify Yap Café™ and assume all financial and legal responsibilities.
You didn't create it by posting content to the Yap Café™; you represented that you had the right to do so. For example, if you are posting a work that is in the public domain, your use of it is under a license (including a free license, such as Creative Commons) or fair use.
By submitting your content to Yap Café™, you surrender all rights to the ownership of the content.
We reserve all rights to the Yap Café™ look and feel. Some parts of Yap Café™ are licensed under third-party open-source licenses. We also make some of our code available under open-source licenses. As for other details of Yap Café™, you may not copy or adapt any portion of our code or visual design elements (including logos) without explicit written permission from Yap Café™ unless otherwise permitted by law.
We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the service, at any time, without notice.
Yap Café™ strongly advises monitoring children's access to its platform as some physiological content might not be correct for them or require adult supervision. This implication is sufficient for us to absolve Yap Café™ of any legal ramifications of children's access to its platform.

Yap Café™ provides a service for you. You use them at your own risk and discretion. That means they don't come with any warranty. It encapsulates all types of damage (indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary). These terms are governed by Indian law in New Delhi, with no regard for conflict of law provisions. Accordingly, you agree that any suit arising from the Services must occur in a New Delhi, India court.
Entire agreement. These terms (including any document incorporated by reference into them) are the whole agreement between Yap Café™ and you regarding the service.
By using the services of the Yap Café™ Platform in any way, your acceptance of this Terms of Service policy is deemed accepted; any ignorance, oversight or misinterpretation shall not be considered an excuse.
